Age of Consent
By purchasing products from this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
Products
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice at any time.
REFUND POLICY
Refund
You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your purchase. Please note that if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to the nature of the products created from the custom design application, we are unable to offer a return or exchange on items purchased through this service and products including; Downloadable software products, Sale items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your refund after inspection.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges
We are only able to offer an exchange on products from the first editions collection (i.e. Waving at Machines, Serpentine and Colour Field), upto 14 days from date of purchase. Where an item is damaged due to a fault from the manufacturer, we will offer an exchange for the same item.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: convivial project, 4-17 Frederick Terrace, 1st Floor, London, E8 4EW, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is damaged due to a manufacturing default, in which case we will arrange the collection/shipping of the product back to us.
We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, so please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. These will not be shared with anyone.
